I have also included some "How To" resources to help you understand the technology used in this wiki. This is not meant to insult you. You may already be familiar with the latest educational technology. But if by chance there are portions that you aren't familiar with, this page can be a resource for you. You Tube (for example, the Australian video for parents) All of the videos above were posted on You Tube, including the one which is designed to inform parents of various new technologies, and also to warn them of the vigilance needed when children are using the internet.

Wikispaces This video will explain the basics about Wikispaces, which are types of websites. This website that I designed is a part of Wikispaces.

Widgets This Day In History is a Widget on this wiki. Watch the video on widgets to become more familiar with what they are and how they can be used on a blog or website.

Digital Storytelling The YouTube video above will explain what digital storytelling technology is and how it can be used in different situations. The Sybil Ludington story about courage is an example of this type of technology.

Podcasting Watch this informative video on the basics of podcasting to learn more about this type of technology. An example of podcasting is found on the American Revolution Background page. It discusses some of the major battles of the war.

Blabberize If you liked the talking Betsy Ross on the home page of this Wiki, check out this video which gives you an introduction to making a Blabber.
